Delete your Narraia account / 刪除 Narraia 帳戶

Delete inside the app

Open Profile → Account → Delete account and confirm permanent deletion. You must be signed into the account you want to delete.

Request deletion without the app

Send a request to the support address below with the subject “Narraia account deletion”, from the email associated with your Narraia account. We will verify ownership before deleting. Never send your password or verification code. If you cannot access that email, explain this so we can arrange an ownership check.

After verification, we aim to complete requests within 30 days. Deletion removes your Narraia account, cloud reading history, preferences, credit balance and purchase records held by us. Unused credits are lost. Google Play retains its own order records; deletion does not automatically request a refund. Local caches on other devices can be erased by clearing app storage. Analytics and provider security logs follow provider retention controls.

應用內可在「個人 → 帳戶 → 刪除帳戶」確認永久刪除。不安裝應用也可從帳戶郵箱寄送「Narraia 帳戶刪除」申請至下方客服地址。我們先核對所有權，核對後目標於 30 天內完成。請勿寄送密碼或驗證碼。帳戶、雲端閱讀資料及我們持有的積分交易資料會刪除，剩餘積分會失去；Google Play 訂單紀錄不由我們刪除，也不會自動退款。
